Q. Why have the adaptors broken?

A. Failure of the adaptors is usually due to overtightening. We recoomened that fittings are hand-tightened then no-more than 1½ turns with a spanner or wrench.  The fittings are designed to fit flexible hose and this will help ensure minimum transferance of sound and vibration through pipework if fitted in between the pump and any rigid pipework.  Please read the pump instruction and installation manuals for more information.
